Marian M. Bailey of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away January 28, 2010.

 

Marian was preceded in death by her husband William Bailey and a daughter Sharon.  She is survived by her two sons, Stephen (Star) Bailey and Robin (Diane) Bailey; two grandsons; three granddaughters; her great-grandchildren;and two brothers George W. (Lois) Cooke and David (Dee) Cooke.

 

Visitation and Funeral Service

 

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at 11 am, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee with a visitation prior from 10 to 11 am.   Burial will follow in Agency Cemetery in Agency, Missouri.

    I’m sad to read of Marian’s death. I, along with several others, remember attending church with her and family members at Victory FWB in Avondale, now on Antioch Rd. I loved not only the special person she was, but her musical talent on the piano and organ. I knew that Sharon passed away, but had not had news of Marian for several years.
