Marilyn,
The words of comfort that come to mind seem to be insufficient to express the saddness and loss of our dear friend.

To understand this is of a higher power, to accept this is harder than we know. Ours thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are here by your sides, just like Donnie would be for us. We feel so fortunate that Donnie shared his time with us.

It was wonderful to see Donnie at our 40th class reunion. I had not seen him since we graduated in ’68. I am so sorry for your loss, but “we do not grieve as those who have no hope”. May God’s merciful peace decend upon your family during this time of loss.

Marilyn and family, I am so sorry for your loss, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Don up at Iatan. I enjoyed talking with and working with him. Even after we weren’t working together anymore I looked forward to seeing him and talking to him. He was a great man. His memory will forever be in my heart. My sincere condolences go out to all of his family and friends. God Bless you all.
Marilyn and family, I am a lucky man to have had the opportunity to know Don and to be able to call him my friend. Don was one of the most stand-up men I have ever known. I will miss him greatly. Michelle ,Neil and I remember going to the river with you and Don to look at the cabin for sale. We saw how beautiful it was there and how both of you loved your slice of heaven on the river. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Don and I have worked on many construction projects together. He was a very competent journeyman and a stand up union pipefitter. He will be missed by all. My prayers to Marilyn and family..
Please accept my condolences on the loss of Donnie. We just got to see him at our 40th reunion in 2008. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.
