When I was Health Occupations Coordinator at JCCC I worked with Fawna to arrange clinical for our students at Good Samaritan and she also taught some CNA classes for me. I found her to be a true professional and one that was a joy to work with. I am very sorry about your loss. Ann Hess

We loved Fawna. Fawna loved many. That is how my three daughters {Kelli , Staci and Brandi } , and I remember her. We think of her as the dedicated nurse and proud Mom we saw. May God hold her in the palm of his hand and console the hearts of those she left behind.
We were saddened to hear of Fawna’s passing. Roger, you were the greatest caretaker any woman could have had. Fawna always knew she was loved and what a wonderful life she had being loved and cared for so completely. Our thoughts are with you.
Betty Ann and I were shocked and saddened to her of Fawna’s untimely death. I knew that she had been ill but was hoping she would recuperate. I don’t think I can fully comprehend what a profound loss this is for you, but you have my deep sympathy at this difficult time. We know that you and Fawna had a strong marriage and that you loved her very much.
From what you have told me over the years, I know that Fawna was one of those rare people who do so much for others, never expecting anything in return. She was a kind and compassionate person who never seemed to weary of doing good. And from reading the condolences posted by those who worked with her, I can tell that she was very well thought of by everyone who knew her.
I am so very sorry for your loss, and Betty Ann and I extend our heartfelt sympathies to you. We hope you will find peace and comfort in the days ahead. Our best to your family. If I can be of any help whatsoever, don’t hesitate to call me.

This message is mostly on behalf of my mother, Sheena Khan. Fawna will be missed by her and our family tremendously. We offer our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Fawna’s unconditional love and support helped my mother develope confidence and survive on her own after my dad’s sudden demise. I am at a loss of words to express my gratitude for helping my mother through rough times in her life and career while she was alone in Kansas, in my absense. Fawna was the daughter to my mother that I could not be, for that I am eternally indebted. May she be exalted to the highest ranks in heaven…and may she rest in peace. Selfless people like her are rare in this world.
