Rachelle Ann Ficken

Rachelle Ann Ficken, 43, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

 

Rachelle was preceded in death by her grandfather Forest Beckham. Survivors include one son Dalton Ficken; her mother and step-father Sandie (Lonnie) White; and father Roy Roper;  grandmother Betty Becham; siblings Shaunna Whitehead, Teresa Wykert, and Shannon White; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  Dalton was always called “her angel” by Rachelle – now she is his.

 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Dalton Ficken Education Fund, c/o Country Club Bank ,11006 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas 66109.

 

Visitation and Memorial Service

 

Visitation will be 6-7:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2009 at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.  Memorial services will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the chapel.

    We were so very sorry to hear that Shellie had passed. Our hearts are with the entire family, including precious little Dalton. Shellie so loved him and it was a joy to watch her interact with her little Dalton. May pleasant memories help you all get through this difficult time. We are gonna miss her big smile.
