Messages of Condolence

  1. Carole Nutt on September 14th, 2009 11:11 am

Dear Sharon and David, please accept my condolences. Your mother, Norma, and I were friends many years ago. I met all of you at the Shawnee Roller Rink when you were very young and was a fairly frequent visitor in your home in Shawnee. Unfortunately, I lost touch with her when she remarried. I hope she is in good health. If so, please pass my best wishes on to her. I was so sorry to read of your brother Martin’s passing.
    Most sincerely, Carole Nutt

Sharon, I saw the obituary notice for your father in the Sunday newspaper. I am sorry I didn’t leave you a message before the funeral services. Please accept my sincerest condolences to you and your family on the loss of your father. I also was saddened to note that your brother Martin had predeceased your dad. I am sorry for your loss. I know how close you were with Martin.

I know it is tacky to mention this at this time, but you have been “lost” all these years! I wanted to share an official website for Class of 71 Shawnee Mission Northwest H.S. Just check the site out It isn’t any more than signing in and giving your email address so they can contact you for a class reunion.

    http://www.smnw1971.com/

OMG!! there will be a 40 year class reunion in less than 2 years!

Also there is a place on facebook where our classmates are signing in and friending people they want to re-contact with. I think as we get older we get nostalgic! Just thought I would share this information with you in case you are interested.

My condolences to you and your family during this difficult time.
