Freda Marie Jensen Brueck

Freda Marie Jensen Brueck, 97, Overland Park, Kansas, departed this life August 28, 2009.

 

Mrs. Brueck lived in this area for most of her life.  She was a dental x-ray technician at the VA Hospital in Kansas City for 20 years. 

 

Mrs. Brueck was a member of Hillcrest Covenant Church, Trinity Lutheran Hospital Auxiliary, NARFE, Kansas City VA Club, and LaSertoma. 

 

Her husband, William Brueck, preceded her in death in 1969.  Survivors include naphews, George Jense, Arthur F. Jense, and Robert W. Jensen; niece, Janice Reaster; step-granddaughters, Lisa LaMassey and Cynthia Mangan; step-grandsons, Robbie Dalton and Bill Brueck.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may bee made in her name to the Parkinson’s Association, 8900 State Line Road, Suite 320, Leawood, Kansas 66201, or Alzheimer’s Association, 3846 W. 75th Street, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208.

 

Visitation and Funeral Service

 

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee with visitation 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
