Ezekiel John Blake
Ezekiel John Blake died August 24, 2009, at Children’s Mercy Hospital. Born August 14th, 2009. Baby “Zeke” spent a week at home with his father and mother, Thomas and Leah Blake, and his brother Wyatt, 3 and sister Cassidy, 2.
He is survived by his grandparents, Michael and DeAnn Blake and Rodney and Beverly Franz; his uncle and aunts, Jason and Shannon Blake, Paul and Lauren Blake, Eric and Susan Simon, Joseph Franz, James and Sarah Sorell, and Rachel Franz, and eight cousins.
In lieu of flowers Tom and Leah suggest contributions to Kingdom Living, 6857 Mastin Street, Merriam, Kansas 66203.
Memorial Services
Memorial Services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2009, at Cross Points Church, 6824 Lackman Road, Shawnee, Kansas.
