To all of Mike’s family –
I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I hope he has finally found peace.
Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you during this time of great sorrow.
You don’t know us, but we saw the passing of your son on the same page as the passing of our beloved Pastor Gruen and something inside me urged me to send love to you, and comfort from God…..the same comfort we had when our beloved son died last September, at age 53.
I know the pain you are going through dear mother……for I have been where you are right now and can say with confident assurance, when we as mourning mothers choose to trust God’s Word that says, He will work “all things out for good” for those who love God – according to His purpose, Romans 8:;28……..
…….HE WILL work good out of what now seems like no good whatsoever, in His time, in His way, according to His love for our lives.
My husband and I did go to Hospice Grief Counseling with a Christian Counselor for about 4 sessions…..and we were helped in our grief, to realize its OK to grieve different than others, even different than our mate…..and we pray you will allow others to be a comfort to you now, for God works through people in order to fulfill His desire for His children to stay in His rest.
God bless you dear mother…..and your family. Your in our prayers.
