Richard A. Pugh, 54, Kansas City, Kansas, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2009 at his home.

 

Richard was born June 13, 1954 in Kansas City, Missouri to Gordon and Wanda (Hardcastle) Pugh. He is survived by two brothers, William Pugh, South Elgin, Illinois and Ted Pugh, Kansas City, Kansas; sister, Kathryn Wilson and her husband, Carl, Overland Park, Kansas; adopted son TJ Fogelson, Kansas City, Kansas and daughter, Heather.
